Press X to Write

Press X to Write is a short narrative experience that I've been struggling to get out of my head for a considerable time. Despite falling on the opposite end of the development spectrum from my usual interests, there are two ideas in this project that compel me to keep revisiting this idea:
-An unreliable narrator and, more importantly, an unclear narrative identity. I'd like to use this as a means to question the relationship between a player and a player character.
-Something that I can only describe as 'The Aslan Effect' where the surroundings are brought into existence via interaction with the protagonist (eh, its really hard to describe, it'll make sense when played). This is mechanic intended to reinforce a frequently visited theme of the story; an exploration of the creative process (pretentious, right?).

If I could satisfy myself with the script I could finish the rest in a matter of hours. Its one of the projects that, for better or worse, I'm determined to complete by the end of 2017.
