Todestriebe is a simple game made
over a weekend for a competition called Indie by Night. The
competition's theme was 'Halloween' hence the zombies and junk.
It
was designed to be similar to apps such as Jungle Run but with some
variations:
Firstly, the game is randomly generated (with some of the
experience being determined by difficulty selection).
Secondly, the player is not limited to moving only left and right.
Thirdly, the
goal of the game is to die as swiftly as possible rather than surviving.
I did a pretty good job of explaining everything ingame so here's some screens:
Other than a couple of bugfixes there hasn't been any changes to the project. Maybe I'll make some additional better artwork for it on some spare afternoon but other than that I don't have any plans for it.
